Desirability
| - These are quite useful to players in dispatching some of the more powerful enemies in the game. They serve to counteract natural regeneration abilities, or can even eventually kill all on their own, though this is a slow process, and the PC has to stay on the level for the monster to be damaged by the poison, allowing it to eventually catch up with them. Poison can also be inflicted without this potion by use of the Poison hands corruption or using naturally poisonous weapons, such as Serpent's Bite, or by blasting an enemy with a wand of poison.
