Courtney Kennedy (born March 29, 1979 in Woburn, Massachusetts) is an American ice hockey player. She won a silver medal at the 2002 Winter Olympics and a bronze medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics. In September of 2013 Kennedy won a championship in the Boston West Coed Softball League played at Donnelly Field in Cambridge, MA. She was a pivotal member of the Bobby Blazer.
