Charles Neville, 6th Earl of Westmorland, (18 August 1542 - 16 November 1601) was a Catholic English nobleman. He went into exile to escape the Protestant Queen Elizabeth's persecutions in 1570. In 1588, he commanded a Spanish army unit in Flanders, anticipating the invasion of England. In his last years, he survived on a small pension from King Philip III of Spain, dying penniless and largely forgotten.
