Meanwhile, the salesman teaches Gargamel a formula to control the carpet by voice and write it down in case Gargamel has forgotten it. Gargamel and Azrael fly away by the magical sheet and search for the location of Smurf village. Gargamel and Azrael continue their flight until they collide with a branch. They fall down into the forest but the sheet keeps on flying until it arrives the village. Then, it falls just above Clumsy Smurf, and he brings the sheet back to the village and gives it to Smurfette. Smurfette cuts a piece off the sheet to make a new diaper Baby Smurf as he often makes the diapers dirty. Gargamel returns to his home, uses the powder again, reads the formula and takes off. After hours of search, he still cannot find Smurf Village, he then returns to his home again and demanded the lost sheet to fly back to his castle, the lost sheet flies back to the castle, but since a part of it has been used to make Baby's diaper, Baby also flies away from the village with the diaper. Baby soon arrives at Gargamel's castle and Gargamel locks Baby in a cage. Baby cries and the Smurfs find out that Baby is in danger. When the Smurfs run to save Baby, Papa Smurf stops them as he knows it may be a trap and so, instead of running, the Smurfs ride storks to save Baby and Gargamel chases them by his flying sheet but he does not remember the formula, so the Smurfs defeats him and after that, all the flying sheets are burnt by the Smurfs as it is too dangerous Back to the village, Handy Smurf finally invents disposable paper diapers for Baby Smurf and since it is disposable, no washing work will be done when it is dirty. Meanwhile, Sickly Smurf sneezes, the Handy realizes that the paper diapers can also be used as tissues.
