The 1995 Fred Page Cup was hosted by Joliette, Quebec. The winner receives a berth into the 1995 Centennial Cup. The result of the first Fred Page Cup was controversial. It was felt that Hockey Canada did not have much control over Hockey Quebec or the Quebec Provincial Junior Hockey League. The final, won by Joliette, was protested by Cornwall for the use of an illegal overage player. The protest did not change the outcome of the tournament and Joliette still played in the Centennial Cup.
