| - Dylan serves as an antagonist for the second half of the story and works at the bank where Sharon Foss works. He tries to force Sharon to name him the beneficiary of a life insurance policy. When she refuses, Dylan kidnaps her and locks her in his basement, sending Riley Harlow an e-mail in her name saying that she was with a sick friend. He and Riley knew each other in school and he tries to rekindle their relationship in another attempt to get her aunt's money. Dylan falls under suspicion when Riley notices that his repeated comments are about Sharon, leading to a point where Sharon escapes and gets Dylan arrested. Agora Tchotchke is found to be his accomplice. Despite the story stating that he works at the bank where Sharon keeps her fortune, Dylan actually works in the Military career when he becomes playable. The player might imagine that he was fired from the bank after kidnapping Sharon and forced to pursue another career, but the inconsistency is most likely just a result of there being no career track in the game equivalent to working in a bank. He is seen dating Ashley Sinclair, a woman married to Waring Sinclair. But after the story he has no romantic relationship with her. Ashley still has romantic feelings for Dylan, but the feelings are not reciprocated by Dylan. She will be furious with him, if she sees him perform any romantic interactions with another Sim. Dylan can be found within the game files of the Free Play version of the neighborhood. However he can't be played, as his character data has been deleted. Even though Dylan is thin, his fitness level indicates that he is meant to be fit. When he is first played, he is 29 days from being an elder. Despite serving as an antagonist for the second half of Riley's story, he has 5 nice points, and will usually respond positively to social interactions.
