Collins and Stephen Bissette publicised Kramer's continued financial gain from Dragon*Con, calling upon Dragon Con / ACE, Inc. to dissolve and reincorporate. Dragon Con / ACE, Inc. did so in July 2013, merging into Dragon Con, Inc. Kramer pleaded guilty to child molestation charges in December 2013, and was sentenced to 34 months under house arrest.
