| - It was that time of day again. Gai Nagareboshi slowly opened his eyes in shock. That person's crimson hair which was spread over the pillow appeared stunning, to say the least. "…Crap!" Gai couldn't calm himself down to save his life. Why the hell was he sleeping with Kurenai? "What happened!? What the hell happened!?" W-What, what did he do? Did he do something? He couldn't remember one bit. Why? He needed to remember what he did- why was he in this situation? "Did I bang her or not!? …Did I just finally get a woman?" It was impossible- no matter how hard he attempted to remember, he just couldn't remember those valuable memories, much to his frustration. He was confused beyond belief, but for a moment, he was cornered even more. "Hey, Gai, you should wake up. You're already two hours late for training." Mitsuru's voice rang out from downstairs, followed by the sound of footsteps reaching closer and closer; which carried a slight feeling of anger in them. Ah, crap! Mitsuru was on his way- if he saw this; it'd all go to hell. "W-Wait, I'm already up! Gimme a mo'!" …Shit. Gai couldn't quickly dash over to the door and lock it; especially since that whale was on top of him. Too much weight would drag him down. "Ahhh…It's morning, already?" Kurenai slowly opened her eyes in a daze, batting her eyelashes. Such a beautiful state- wait, no, no, no. She woke up- maybe if she stayed asleep he could hide her, but now… Creak. The wooden door opened violently, and Kurenai arched her upper body up at the same time. Gai's eyes met with Mitsuru, who clearly, was not amused; pissed even. "Uh…hi." Kurenai greeted Mitsuru with an honest smile, in that ever-cheerful tone, causing Mitsuru's eyes to trail from Gai to Kurenai. Mitsuru's facial expressions froze, as he moved his eyes to Gai again, who avoided eye contact. Explaining this would take hours, really. "Uh…" Mitsuru Inazuma, just like Gai Nagareboshi was at a loss for words. Gai covered his face with his hand. How the hell did this happen? Quickly, Gai stood to his feet, covering his slender body with the sheets, trudging downstairs with Mitsuru in tow. Ah, crap. How the heck could he explain this? "A-Alright…" Mitsuru's tone was as annoyed as Gai was nervous. "So…you did it with her?" Gai remained silent, shaking his head. "…Not sure." For another few moments, there was nothing but utmost silence between the two, before Gai broke the ice. "…You're not happy, are you?" Thank you, Captain Obvious. Mitsuru would've said that, but, "…No kidding. Now, Gai, I've told you, I'm happy to go along with whatever you do, but I wish you would've told me about this." Gai's doe eyes lit up, sparkling. How very convenient that Mitsuru was essentially his doormat. "…So, you're perfectly fine if she and I get together? …Well, not that I-I like her like that right now, but if we ever did…" Mitsuru crossed his arms, displaying an unknown emotion. Yeah, not too happy would be an understatement. Gai, attempting to diffuse the situation, leaned up and pinched Mitsuru's cheek, playfully asking, "…Mitsuru, you know I'm still going to love you, you know?" Mitsuru turned away, mumbling, "…Guess so. I still wish you'd tell me beforehand." Gai retorted, "H-Hey, I didn't know this was gonna happen; I met her yesterday!" Mitsuru's eyes widened, stuttering, "Wait, yesterday? Have you no restraint?" Gai sighed, responding, "…Don't blame me, I didn't know we'd wind up in bed. Besides, she needs help with something important. Who am I to deny someone help?" Mitsuru chuckled. "Heheh, that's so unlike you. You're usually apathetic that it's a task in itself to get you off your arse." "S-Shut up…" Gai crossed his arms, scowling at Mitsuru; he always appeared so cute when he was angered, most of the time. "…And you didn't answer my question; of course, if I ever get together with her, we can still be together." Mitsuru uttered, "…Huh. That's ridiculous. Isn't polygamy illegal?" In response, Gai pulled a copy of the laws of Soul Society which that devil woman gave him, pointing to a specific law. "Don't you remember? #34." Mitsuru smirked, "This is no time for porn." Gai stuttered, "N-No, not Rule #34, Law #34. 'Law #34…One can have as many partners as one wants.' Haha, that's what Nika wrote. I swear, she must've foreseen this or something. Guess what that means? You're still mine, even if I start to like her." Mitsuru couldn't help but smile slightly. No matter what happened, Gai was still Gai Nagareboshi, tsundere as ever. "Haha, whatever you say. But you're still my wife, got that?" With that, Mitsuru pinched the Mototsu-Seishin hybrid's cheek, something which caused him to blush profusely and turn away. "S-Shut up." Gai put on the face of those cornered, inching closer to Mitsuru, before whispering something shocking in his ear. Because of what he said, Mitsuru's mind became blank. What did Gai say just now? Did he go deaf? Gai's delicate fingers ran across Mitsuru's cheek, whose heart was beating, feeling extremely nervous as Gai pushed him upon a table with an unknown expression. Before he knew it, there was a tremendous amount of blood dripping from Mitsuru's nose; he felt as if he was about to lose consciousness. Slowly, Gai supposedly began to remove the sheet that covered his slender body. Really, it was a surprise that Mitsuru didn't just grab him there and now. "U-Uh, get undressed somewhere else…" Mitsuru responded, while looking in the opposite direction. He wanted to do nothing but gaze badly, but it was bad manners- unfortunately, he had to endure this. "…Hehe. If you wanna see, then go ahead." Mitsuru opened his eyes, as that excitement fizzed out, as he noticed that Gai was dressed in a white track jacket with black raglan sleeves with orange stripes down the middle. This jacket had a zipper that reaches down to the bottom part of his stomach. The sleeves' cuffs had orange concentric rings in the middle, as did the collar. He also wore black tracksuit pants, with orange stripes down the middle, as well as black sandals. Damn! Gai smirked, as Mitsuru's jaw dropped in disappointment. "Anyways, I'm going to try and see what I can do about this thing. I'll be back soon." In Mitsuru's head, there was a voice, wild with laughter, crying, "I'm sick of your fooling around. Reject me, try it. Lay one hand on someone else again, and you will regret it; but in that way, you'll come to know how much I love you, Gai Nagareboshi." Outwardly he held to that slight, polite smile.
