Emerië was a region in the middle of Númenor. Emerië was a land of green valleys, where sheep were kept. The people of Emerië were mainly of Bëorian origins, and they spoke an accented Adûnaic with many Bëorian words and some other oddities. Erendis, wife of Tar-Aldarion, came from Emerië, and after their strife she returned here where she stayed until her death.

Znajdował się tam Biały Dom Erendis, należący do żony króla Tar-Aldariona, która otrzymała tę krainę od jego ojca, Tar-Meneldura. Była to górzysta, zielona kraina, której ludność zajmowała się głównie wypasaniem owiec. Zajmowała się tym też za młodu przyszła królowa Ancalimë, która wychowywała się w Emerië pod okiem matki. - Emerië war eine Region in Númenor und lag im Südwesten von Mittalmar. Ein sehr mildes Klima herrschte in der Region und das Grasbewachsene, hügelige Land eignete sich besonders zur Haltung und Zucht von Schafen. Hier stand auch das Weiße Haus von Erendis (später: Tar-Elestirne, Frau mit der Stern-Stirn), in dem die spätere Königin Tar-Ancalimë aufwuchs. Die Hyarastorni lagen ebenfalls im Gebiet von Emerië. Hier wuchs Tar-Ancalimës späterer Ehemann Hallacar auf.
