Bill Medwin had been working many years in the big city. Now, semi-retired, Bill wanted to settle down in a small, friendly town. He offered to work on commission, bring in his own equipment and his own customers. He charged 80cents for a shampoo. He also did facials for $1.50. It turns out Bill was only using Floyd's Barbershop as a cover for his gambling.
