  • Oliver Harper ist ein Mensch des 20. Jahrhunderts. Er wird in der Hörspielreihe The Companion Chronicles ein Begleiter des Ersten Doctors. Oliver lernt den Doctor und dessen Begleiter Steven Taylor im Jahr 1966 in London kennen, als ihm eine Haftstrafe droht. Er schließt sich den beiden an, verrät jedoch nicht den Grund für die Verhaftung, da er fürchtet, sie würden sich von ihm abwenden. In The First Wave opfert Oliver auf dem Planetoiden Grace Alone sein Leben für den Doctor und Steven. Er wird von Vardanern getötet, sein Geist hält sich jedoch noch eine Weile unbemerkt in der TARDIS auf. So wird er Zeuge der Regeneration des Doctors zum Zweiten Doctor.
