To prepare lamb loin you will need four lamb loin chops, a quarter cup of olive oil, one tablespoon of fresh thyme which has to be chopped, one tablespoon fresh chopped basil, two teaspoons of rosemary, two cloves garlic, minced, zest of one lemon, one teaspoon salt, and pepper for taste. Combine olive oil, thyme, basil, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip lamb chops into mixture to coat evenly. Cover chops and refrigerate for at least thirty minutes. Preheat grill. Place lamb chops on grill over a medium high heat. Grill about five minutes per side. Chops should be browned on both sides.
