The Claymore (commonly referred as a Mine) is a weapon carried by the Mauler, and formerly the Scouts. He carries two, and when an enemy approaches the claymore, the claymore launches an explosion in a 90 degree angle focused blast, inflicting high damage. Claymores can be, at least, blown up from a safe distance with a Frag Grenade or the Grenade Launcher. They cause huge problems to Recons, for they don't have any explosive weapons to destroy the mines, plus their Light Armor cannot withstand a single Mine explosion.
