| - Mr. Moseby (von den meisten Charakteren nur Moseby genannt) ist der Manager des Hotels und steht stets mit einem charmanten Lächeln am Schalter. Wenn ihn etwas wirklich zum Wahnsinn treiben kann, dann Zack und Cody Martin. Wegen der beiden kann er sich nie richtig entspannen und sich mal zurücklehnen, denn er muss immer fürchten, dass ihm die Decke auf den Kopf fällt. Mr. Moseby kann so gut wie alles organisieren und ist deshalb ziemlich beliebt. Er ist als Hotelmanager auch der einzige, vor dem London Respekt hat, da er regelmäßig mit ihrem (reichen) Vater telefoniert. Für London ist er außerdem eine Art Vaterersatz, der sie tröstet, wenn ihr Vater sie wieder mal nicht besucht. Moseby hat London das Autofahren und das ABC beigebracht und ist einmal mit ihr zum Vater-Tochter-Tanz gegangen.

- "Karate Kid-tastrophe" Marion Moseby (Phill Lewis) is one of the main characters in The Suite Life Series. He was the manager of the Boston Tipton hotel and later the manager of the S.S. Tipton who is probably the most annoyed by Zack and Cody's schemes. He also encourages London and always prepares the hotel when Mr. Tipton or someone famous arrives to the Tipton Hotel. He also tries his best to manage the hotel. He also started out as a bellboy in his early years. He was 41 since Mom and Dad on Deck, when it was his birthday. He tends to have a crush on the people he works with such as Carey Martin and Emma Tutweiller.
