"Beauty Clark" is an obscure reference to a scene from the 1983 movie The Adventures of Bob & Doug McKenzie: Strange Brew. This phrase is used as a compliment meaning good (i.e. clever) thinking. In the scene in question, Doug McKenzie, while he and his brother appear in court, suffers a nosebleed that he is unable to stop. The court bailiff, who is named Clark, stops Doug's nosebleed by jamming a couple of bullets up Doug's nose. This clever thinking earns the compliment "Beauty Clark!"
