Emperor Oleg I of Russia (Oleg Aleksyeevich Romanov, (Russian: Олег Алексеевич Романов), born 31 October 1929) is the current Tsar of Russia since the death of his father Alexis II of Russia. Like his father before him, he proved to be a great reformer in Russian politics. During his reign, Oleg's empire was subject to nationalist sentiments from Poles, Ukrainians, Armenians and other ethnic groups. In response to these sentiments, Oleg proposed that the Russian Empire be transformed into a confederation.

During his reign, Oleg has also promoted the proliferation of digital technology, earning him the popular epithet "The Electronic Emperor." Oleg has also pursued aiding economic development in the Imperial Federation of Britain and the Pan-American Union.
