In the Mountain Pushing Posture (taesan milgi) the hands are in palmheel position. The upper hand is held at eye level and the lower hand is held at the lower abdomen. This movement should be done slowly and powerfully, as if trying to push a mountain. The Mountain Push occurs, for example, in the form Cheonkwon.
