  • Dev Andel was a Corellian male born to the Crimelord and ex-leader of the Exchange criminal organization, Hulio "Ol' Boss Hulio" Andel, and Katlyn Andel. Throughout his years in the galaxy, Dev collected many crewmen, contacts, friends, just as well as more than one nemesis and enemy. In starting at the beginning, as stories are best told, he was born a rape child after Hulio tricked Katlyn aboard his ship. A Captain Ralek Marioan, soon after Dev's birth (meaning around 1 month) was trading off a shipment to Hulio when the newborn was aboard. Thinking that the galaxy was much top dangerous for a son (especially one who shared his last name) the Crimelord sent off the young Andel to live with the ambitious Captain Marioan. Over the course of 19 years, the Corellian child served under Captain Marioan who trained him in piloting as well as piracy ever since Dev could walk, whom also convinced the Corellian that he himself was indeed the boy's father while never telling him anything that could remotely tie him back to Hulio. After 19 years of watching Marioan try and ultimately fail at his various attempts to gain power across the galaxy, Dev grew tired under the Captain's heavy hand and various failed antics, so whilst the crew made a stop to deliver a shipment to the Coruscant undercity, he escaped and ran into the slums.
