| - Lump is a male Snafflefang in How to Train Your Dragon 2, who lost his right leg to an iron trap made by Drago Bludvist and his trappers. He was eventually rescued by Valka, who cared for him along with other injured dragons in Dragon Mountain, such as Gruff and Thump.
- "Lump" is a song by Presidents of the United States of America which follows the story of a girl named (or nicknamed) Lump. Her life seems to be a waste, and she comes off as someone who is easily taken advantage of. Weird Al Yankovic did a parody of this song called "Gump," and wrote the entire thing about the movie Forrest Gump. This was PUSA's first hit song, and reached #1 on the Billboard Modern Rock charts.

- Lump is a sleepy ogre in the small camp of Boulderfist Hunters east of Telaar in Nagrand [[:File:|[, ]]]. Lump seems to be the camps leader, who enjoys to feast on the inhabatants of Telaar.
- Lump was one of the B-Tent boys at Camp Green Lake, the resident bully, apparently in charge of the rec room, demanding that other camp residents `pay up' for some unknown due (Perhaps from gambling with shower tokens, the only `currency' available at the camp - from a deleted scene) Lump was present in the mess hall as a server when Squid asked Mr. Sir what happened to his face, and was harshly disciplined by being thrown to the ground, knocking everything over.
- Robotnik intended to create an evil monster who would destroy things, but the Lump ended up more interested in handicrafts and pressing flowers, so Robotnik dumped him. He eventually came to the Timber Village Zone, where the locals were so scared of him that they called Amy Rose and Tekno the Canary in to deal with him. They were able to communicate with him and learn his story, but before they could explain this to the townsfolk, they formed a mob and chased the Lump away. During the chase, a rope bridge snapped under the weight of the Lump and the posse, causing the Lump and two residents of the Zone (including the Zone Leader) to plummet into a chasm. - A lump is any section of data within the structure of a WAD file, or a file containing such a portion of a WAD file. Each lump has a name (up to 8 characters), which is not necessarily unique. Lumps contain data such as:
* Graphics
* Sounds
* Music
* Demos
* Sprites
* Wall textures
* Wall patches
* Flats
* Level maps and associated data (REJECT tables, NODES, etc.) Some lumps have specific reserved names. Examples of these are (from DOOM.WAD):
