Alexander William Longford, Sr. (August 17, 1928 - February 22, 2007) was an American-Lovian author and journalist. His over 100 poems, books and articles have all extremely influenced modern Lovian culture. Longford made most of his significant works during the 1950's and 60's, including his most famous work Sinned By All But One (1961), a supernatural fiction novel. He was a contemporary and close friend of Edward M. Roscoe.
