Doublehead (later named "Double-Header") is a two-headed man with a long, spiked tail. He has clawed feet and hands, all of which are black in his first appearance except for his right foot, which is the same color as his regular skin. Part of his tail is also black in this appearance. In his first appearance, he wears a green costume with a yellow belt, and the number 2 is on his shirt. In his second appearance, his costume is brown, as are his hair, right hand, and the part on his tail that was previously black.
