abstract	Lauron Yusanis was an Echani female who served as the Prime of the Echani Covenant during the Extant War. Previously occupying the position of High Protector, Yusanis was a member of what was considered to have historically been one of the most influential and prominent Echani tribes in their history. Born on Eshan in 2,079 ABY, Yusanis was seen as one of the greatest warriors, martial artists and firedancers of her generation, and had even exceeded her elder sister in both combative prowess and strategic ability, earning her the right of heir-apparent of the Tribe of Yusanis. Unlike her mother, the previous Prime, Lauron was charismatic and influential, and was considered have been a significant factor in easing the previously-hostile relations between the Echani and the Mandalorians on her own people's end, for the sake of the Bloodmoon Pact. Although politically astute, Yusanis was nonetheless a ruthless warmonger and strongly distrusted the Logos, in spite of acknowledging the necessity of them. As a Force-sensitive, Lauron was an initiated member of the Kendov do'Iilah and a trained Force user. Although peace officially existed between the Echani and Mandalorians, relations between Yusanis and Mandalore the Sagacious were relatively cool. Yusanis was also known to have fostered a strong distrust of the leader of the Galactic Federation, Theron Sokolov.
