| - The PRIDE AFCW Extreme Championship is PRIDE All-Female Wrestling Championship's variation of a Hardcore Championship. The title, as well as the PRIDE AFCW Pride Championship, PRIDE AFCW International Championship, and PRIDE AFCW Tag Team Championship were all first awarded during PRIDE Coronation 2012 The inaugural champion was Jessica Jackson, who defeated Alysson Gardner in a No Disqualification match on March 25, 2012 at PRIDE AFCW's Coronation pay-per-view event. At 343 days, Jackson holds the longest reign in the title's history. She has retained the title in four successful defenses, defeating Jasmine at PRIDE 6 on the May 6, 2012 edition of Sunday Night PRIDE Wrestling, and then Emma Danielson on three occasions - first at PRIDE 8 on the July 8, 2012 edition of Sunday Night PRIDE Wrestling, at PRIDE AFCW's Apotheosis pay-per-view event on August 5, 2012, and then at Fans' Night on December 2, 2012. She would eventually lose the title in her next defense in a triple threat tables match at Unlimited on March 3, 2013. On July 4, 2012, Jackson became the first Extreme Champion whose reign surpassed 100 days. She broke the 200-day mark on October 12, 2012 and is the third overall singles champion in PRIDE AFCW (along with inaugural PRIDE Tag Team Champions and fellow Sexified Perfection members Dominique Frost and Susan Rigger) to have an individual reign surpass that milestone. While Frost and Rigger lost the Tag Team Championship at Fans' Night on December 2, 2012, ending their reign at 252 days, Jackson's reign continued into 2013. On January 20, she became the first Extreme Champion and overall singles champion in PRIDE AFCW to surpass 300 days. She would finally lose the title in a triple threat Tables match at Unlimited on March 3. The current champion is Kate Steele, who defeated previous champion Lollipop in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match in the main event of PRIDE 25 on the September 2 edition of Monday Night PRIDE Wrestling. Lollipop walked out of the match, but not before cutting a violent and scathing promo about her upcoming Pride Championship defense at Coronation, allowing Steele to climb the ladder and capture the title unopposed, thus ending Lollipop's reign at 113 days. Previously, Steele and Lollipop were previously recognized as co-champions after both claimed to be rightful champions after Unlimited 2013 in a triple threat tables match that also involved then-champion Jessica Jackson. Steele won the match initially, causing Jackson to fall through the table, but the match was restarted by Nicole Rossi, which allowed Lollipop to win the match and title after driving an unsuspecting Steele through a table setup in the turnbuckle. On December 12, 2013, Steele became just the third Extreme Champion to surpass the 100-day mark and the eleventh overall singles champion in PRIDE AFCW to reach this milestone. On March 22, 2014 she became the second Extreme Champion, and tenth overall singles champion in PRIDE AFCW, to surpass 200 days in a single title reign, joining Jessica Jackson as the only ones to accomplish this feat. At Apotheosis II the following night, Steele lost the Extreme Championship back to Lollipop, making Lollipop the first-ever two-time Extreme Champion in PRIDE AFCW history, ending her reign at 202 days. Overall, there have been five reigns shared between three wrestlers.
