Philip John Ragazzo (June 24, 1915 – October 3, 1994) was an American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the Cleveland Rams, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the New York Giants. He played college football at Case Western Reserve University and was drafted in the eighth round of the 1938 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He died in a plane crash in 1994. His body was not recovered.
