At Crystal Tokyo, Neo Queen Serenity summons the Spiral Heart Moon Rod and heals everyone and everything in the city. She gifts Sailor Moon with a new brooch-the Cosmic Heart Compact, and bestows even stronger planet powers upon Sailors' Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus as well. After arriving back in the past, Usagi and Mamoru say good bye to Chibiusa, and she gives Usagi the Spiral Heart Moon Rod and vanishes back to the future. Later, Usagi and Mamoru are sitting together and Usagi worries that she might have to fight again in the near future. Chibiusa falls out of the sky again (mirroring their first encounter) and she gives them a letter from their future selves saying that Chibiusa will be training with them as a full-fledged Sailor Senshi.
