Lieutenant Colonel Charles Hotham Montagu Doughty-Wylie (23 July 1868 – 26 April 1915) was an English recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. Doughty-Wylie was also awarded the Order of the Medjidie from the very Ottoman Government he later would fight against.
