Joachim Albrecht von Bethmann-Hollweg (December 16, 1911 – August 13, 2001) was a Prussian-born German ice hockey player who competed for the German national team at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Hollweg had previously played for Germany at the 1932 European Championships and the 1934 World Championships. He spent the majority of his club career with SC Riessersee in Germany, but also enjoyed short stints with the Swiss club, HC Davos, and Queens of the English National League.

Hollweg is a member of the German Ice Hockey Hall of Fame. He was the paternal grandfather of singer Rebecca Hollweg.
