Muhammad al-Saif became the leader of the Left Party in Cobura in 3255, and the party's first leader who was also a first-generation immigrant. Muhammad gave the party back some of its former glory, as well as over fifty seats in the Federal Assembly. He resigned in 3262 due to his bad health. He is most commonly considered the last true socialist leader of the Left.
