Gary Morrison (born November 8, 1955 in Farmington, Michigan) is a retired American professional ice hockey player. He played in 43 National Hockey League (NHL) games with the Philadelphia Flyers over parts of three seasons. He played for the University of Michigan from 1973 to 1977. The Wolverines reached the NCAA tournament finals in 1977, losing to Wisconsin in overtime. The Philadelphia Flyers chose him 90th overall in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft. He retired in 1982.

He played in 43 National Hockey League (NHL) games with the Philadelphia Flyers over parts of three seasons. He played for the University of Michigan from 1973 to 1977. The Wolverines reached the NCAA tournament finals in 1977, losing to Wisconsin in overtime. The Philadelphia Flyers chose him 90th overall in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft. Morrison turned pro with the Milwaukee Admirals in 1977-78 and then played for the Philadelphia Flyers and their farm team the Maine Mariners over the next four seasons. In part-time play for the Flyers, he played in 43 games and scored 1 goal and 15 assists. He retired in 1982.
