  • The home of the Kobolds of Toran, Kobold Village is at directly at the end of the western path through the Forest of Moran; the town is small, but the Kobolds have managed to earn a living there by working as humble farmers. However, during times of war, the Kobolds do not hesitate to pick up their arms and go to war. During the Toran Liberation War (SY 455-457), most of the kobolds of the village fell ill to an effect of General Kwanda Rosman's Conqueror Rune, which lead them all, save Kuromimi into believing they were feral monsters. Kuromimi joined the Liberation Army leader, Tir McDohl, in order to help his fellow kobolds after attempting to reach the dwarves for help. Windy's Conqueror Rune's hold on Kwanda was eventually broken, and the Kobolds returned to the village. Kuromimi would go on to serve in the Liberation Army during the war, before returning back to the Kobold Village, where he became the mayor of the town.
