Frank Stanley Henwood (1874 - 16 January 1955) was a local politician. In 1922 he was elected as a Progressive Party councillor representing Shoreditch on the London County Council. He did not defend the seat at the next council election in 1925. He returned to the council in March 1930 as a Municipal Reform Party councillor when he was elected to fill a casual vacancy in the representation of Paddington North. He held the seat at the next three elections before retiring from the council in 1946. He served as Deputy Chairman of the London County Council for 1940–1941.
