The Flying Bug is an insect occupying the Raccoon Zoo's Terrarium Dome in swarms. It is similar to their larger T-Virus infected brethren, the Wasp. It will fly around the Rafflesia until the player destroys it. Once destroyed, the Flying Bug will grow angry and fly around the Terrarium Dome non-stop. There seems to be an unlimited number so it is probably best to run as it is difficult to hit them, even with pesticide spray. Fighting them should be avoided as they have a chance to cause poison status. (though, AI partners always seem to run through them when near Rafflesia so having them get poisoned is almost unavoidable.)
