In 1995, the first version of RPlan was released. The first Java version of RPLan was issued in 1998. The Cross Company Planning module was added in 2003, followed by an Offline Client module in 2005. A North American division, Actano, Inc., was established in 2006, in Troy, MI. Also in 2006, SAP announced RPlan as the first PM solution certified for NetWeaver.
