The Falcon-class Assault Fighter is derived from a prototype that was induced since before the Galactic Civil War. This ship, intended to be a high performance fighter at a reasonable cost, would first see action during the closing days of the Xen'Chi Invasion. It was originally due to be put into mass-production by MandalMotors, but when Cadden Blackthorne fell to the Dark Side, he claimed the fighter as his own. Currently, the only ship in existence is the prototype craft; owned, and used by, Cadden Blackthorne.
