He is the twin brother of Matthew DeFoe and was born on the July 28th, 1806. He usually appears as a large man dressed in a leather apron, wearing a welder's mask with a green tinted visor, and wielding a machete. However, he occasionally appears in his true form, a dirty, disfigured child.
