A kamayari (usually written as kama yari literally "sickle spear") is a medieval Japanese spear to which a single-edged, sickle-shaped blade is attached. The kama yari was likely used in a similar fashion as a hook. The sickle blade was usually large enough to hold the head, neck or jaw (when in a tree), or to hook limbs of a swordsman on the ground, as well as to dismount a horseman.

The core is of a distinctively dark blue and the ever oscillating outer sections are of a more light tone of blue. This stream then will be shot towards the opponent(S), unlike other ninjutsu's instead of harming or killing the opponent, upon impact it would tranquilize the opponent, weaken his killing intent, weaken a target by robbing its strength and capacity of movement and finally would slowly disintegrate their chakra.
