The Second Universe (二番乾坤 Niban Kenkon) is the third universe to exist within the Multiverse in Bleach: Dark Chronicles. It came into existence once the Original Universe became frozen in time within the Dead World and for the most part is identical to the Original Universe. There are however many minute changes, such as some characters having different personalities and back stories, as well as several key events playing out differently than they did in the Original Universe. When the Second Universe reached a point in time that coincided with the point in time that the Original Universe was frozen in both Universes began to disintegrate. As a result of the actions taken by the denizens of both Universes however the Multiverse was born and the two Universes stabilized within it.
