Carl F. Hostetter (born 1965) is a computer scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, and a key figure of the Elvish Linguistic Fellowship. He is the author of numerous articles on Tolkienian linguistics, and the editor of two journals on the subject, Vinyar Tengwar (print) and Tengwestiƫ (online).
