| - Number Eight, also known as Joseph, Naveen or Vishnu, was one of the ten Loric children who escaped from Lorien when the Mogadorians invaded and is one of dead Garde. He relocated to India sometime later, now known to the locals as the mighty God, Vishnu. He is believed by Crayton to be the Garde meant to inherit Pittacus Lore's powers and defeat Setrákus Ra. It is revealed in The Fall of Five that the prophecy of his supposed death through a sword in his chest was true, as he was later killed by Number Five in an attempt to protect Nine from getting killed. He is the fourth of the Loric Garde to be slain, and the first since the charm was broken.
- William Wesker (also known as "Number Eight"), is one of the original Thirteen Wesker children (also known as the Wesker Prototypes by a few) to have been experimented on by Alex as well as Ozwell Spencer for their plan in the New World Order. William's exact place of origin and date of birth are mainly left unknown particularly because most of the information of the Wesker children had been lost or destroyed in the past. He appears to Rose and Chris upon their arrival to Isle Alexandria when they attempt to hide from Alex's men inside the sewer systems.

- Number Eight (Sharon "Boomer" Valerii / Sharon "Athena" Agathon) Sharon "Boomer" Valerii first appears as a Raptor pilot aboard the Galactica. Her true nature as a Cylon was only revealed at the end of the miniseries, and the series quickly establishes that Sharon acted as a sleeper agent, unaware of her true nature and programmed to carry out attacks on the fleet without her human side realizing what she was doing. She was revealed to be the eighth model in "Downloaded". Number Eights are played by Grace Park.

William's exact place of origin and date of birth are mainly left unknown particularly because most of the information of the Wesker children had been lost or destroyed in the past. He appears to Rose and Chris upon their arrival to Isle Alexandria when they attempt to hide from Alex's men inside the sewer systems. Upon meeting William, they discover that he had somehow managed to escape the facility on his own, but could not leave the island. He remained hidden in the sewers for several long, horrible years and scavenged for food by killing guards who would wander onto the beaches when they were to go look for him. Because of his wanting to keep a low profile and his sickening conditions, Chris has a fear that he is possibly cannibalistic. William doesn't deny nor agree with this. This Wesker child is also a mute and cannot speak to them directly for unknown reasons - though it is suggested that the cause of his inability to speak may be due to an injury or an infection displayed by a horrible scarring around his throat and chest. He resorts to writing down his messages on a small chalkboard that hangs itself around his neck. He appears as a tall, skinny man with long white hair and sunken gold - colored eyes. He wears a long filthy trench coat and a pair of dirty blue jeans with no shirt or shoes. William does offer them guidance through the sewers, but later on does show fear of coming in contact with Alex directly again. Though Rose seems to connect with him in a friendly way, he still remains doubtful and especially shy around her. He does comment on his chalkboard that he believes Rose to be "beautiful" and doesn't want to see her get hurt in the process. Once the island is eventually raided, William disappears for the longest time and is never seen after that. He makes an appearance one final time as he stands through the fires of the facility. He watches as Rose and Chris part and simply smiles, a peaceful look on his face before he turns and walks back into the fire presumably to end his own life. Also interesting enough, at the end of the mini series, a number Six says "By your command" to an Eight. This phrase is usually spoken to the Imperious leader in the old series by Centurions. It seemed to give this particular Eight a leadership role. The other significant copy of this model, Sharon "Athena" Agathon, married Karl "Helo" Agathon, rebelled against the Cylons and joined forces with the Colonials. Her child with Helo, a daughter named Hera, is the first Cylon/human hybrid to be born. Such a child is the subject of a Cylon prophecy and therefore very important as it was a 'child born of love'. Shortly after Hera's birth, Laura Roslin decides to mislead the Cylons into believing the child has died. Her plan involves lying to Athena and Helo, and giving the child to an adoptive mother, Maya. While aiding the Colonials in their plan to rescue the humans on New Caprica, Athena sneaks into a Cylon storage facility and steals launch codes for the civilian ships trapped on New Caprica by the Cylons. During this action, Athena is discovered by D'Anna Biers. D'Anna informs Athena that Hera is still alive, citing strange dreams and a prophecy by a human mystic as proof. Athena, believing this to be a ruse, kneecaps D'Anna. During the exodus from New Caprica, Maya is killed and the baby is found by D'Anna. Athena is later told, by Boomer, that Hera lives. Athena has Helo kill her, allowing her to download into a new body within the Cylon fleet. With the help of Caprica Six, she manages to rescue Hera and return to Galactica. This model has been described as "weak" by Baltar's vision of Number Six, and Number Eights usually appear more compassionate and sympathetic than other Cylons. However, they fully supported the destruction of the Twelve Colonies; and the actions in particular of Boomer and an Eight who had a duplicitous affair with Felix Gaeta on New Caprica make it clear that Eights are capable of homicide and betrayal. Eights are also capable of intense loyalty and have the ability to break from Cylon traditions and laws to help human friends or family. They also voted to save humanity in the Cylon civil war started by Sharon (Boomer). She hesitated for a while when Cavil started to influence her, but in the end she chose to support the humans, even if it meant that she would have to give up her life. Sharon (Athena) became completely assimilated in human culture. Her child and husband became her focus in life. She seemed to be the only Cylon to accomplish a normal family existence. The model Eight's perceived fragility seems to camouflage great strength and direction. (In one episode, Sharon (Athena) was able to "hard" wire herself to the Galactica, hack into a Cylon fleet and shut them all down.) Eights seem to enjoy being with humans for the most part. Number Eights are played by Grace Park.
- "Only by leaving something great can you achieve something greater." - Number Eight, The Rise of Nine Number Eight, or Naveen, was a main character in The Lorien Legacies series. Number Eight was eighth in line of the Ten Garde children who escaped from Lorien during the Mogadorian invasion. Eight lived in New Delhi, India, for the whole of his life on Earth with his Cêpan, Reynolds. Reynolds soon fell in love with a woman, Lola, who often tried to wear down the relationship between Reynolds and Eight. After Reynolds confided their true identity, she encouraged the family to take a trip into the nearby Himalayas to ease the newfound tension. She told the Mogadorians, betraying them for money. As she bent to claim her reward, the Mogadorians killed her and then Reynolds. However they were unable to kill Eight due to the Loric charm. He escaped, losing his chest and lived in the mountains for years, impersonating the Hindu God Vishnu, before he was located by Number Six, Number Seven, Number Ten and Crayton Number Eight was the eighth Loric Elder. He was killed by Number Five when he teleported in front of his blade, saving Nine in the process. However, when Marina, Six, and Adam take Eight's body with them to the Sanctuary, the spirit of Lorien speaks through him and revives him for a short time. He kisses Marina before becoming energy and disappearing.
