Rakshasa, often called the Rakshasa (leaving some Ravnos historians suspect that this vampire was not a human to begin with, but something else), was one of the first childer of Zapathasura in his struggle against the Wan Kuei. Skilled as no other in the arts of deception and subterfuge, he acted as scout for the Ravnos and learned much about the enemy. In time, he disagreed with his sire's war and made the mistake of telling him so. The two fought bitterly and the Rakshasa barely escaped, becoming known as "the Traitor" in the annals of the Clan. It is told that he joined causes with his sire's second-greatest enemy (possibly Ennoia) and that he eventually left for the unexplored wilderness (some claim Africa, other the Middle Kingdom).
