Synopsis
  • Superman awakens to find out that, rather than being transported into the Smallville of his high-school past as he initially assumed, he was transported into Conduit's recreation of that period's Smallville somewhere in the Dakotas, with automatons of various people including Clark Kent's parents all praising Kenny Braverman as a hero. This becomes more apparent when Superman flies to the recreated Smallville High School football stadium to find an audience of hard-wired clones of Kenny Braverman's father all cheering Kenny on as he fights man-to-man with Clark Kent until he absorbs so much power for his Kryptonite-radiating ability that it burns Kenny from the inside out, leaving him a lifeless husk. As he collapses on the field, Kenny's last words again blame Superman for what has happened to him.
