| Synopsis
| - On Halloween, a band of several children prepare for their annual ritual of knocking on Nailbiter's front door three times. They tell the tale of how no one can escape his clutches. They sneak through the woods as the FBI are crawling through Buckaroo due to the news of Nailbiter being released.

Meanwhile at the hospital, Sharon Crane sits bedside by Alice. Morty walks in and checks to see how Sharon is holding up. He asks if it's true that Alice is her kid and Warren is the father. She confirms that is the case. She tells him that she never told Warren though due to him being a serial killer.
Sharon tells Morty how she gave Alice up for adoption in Portland right after high school. However, since her birth certificate said, "Buckaroo", no one wanted to adopt her. She explains when Warren resurfaced, she began her investigation to find Alice again. She was absolutely furious when she found out she had been transferred back to a Buckaroo foster home.
Morty tells Sharon that he analyzed the bite marks on Carroll. He tells her he knows that Fairgold liked about Warren biting Carroll. He said the tooth impressions don't match. Nicholas Finch suddenly walks into the room. He tells him that Barker is pulling him out of town. He says that Carroll figured it out and now they'll never know the truth. Morty interjects and tells them that Carroll is awake to their surprise.
Finch pushes his way past FBI agents and Barker. When he finds Carroll's room is empty, he demands to know why Barker didn't tell him that he had woken up. Barker tells him that it's classified and that it's time to go. Finch is still upset but agrees to go willingly.

Meanwhile, the gang of trick-or-treaters arrive at Warren's home. They are more nervous than previous years as they know Warren has been released and could be anywhere. Tim, dressed as the Devil, knocks on the door once and the door creaks open. The boys enter the room and their flashlights give out. Suddenly they hear a voice tell them that "he" has a light. Warren turns on his light and surprises the kids near half to death. Two of them escape while he pins Tim down and drags him back into the house. The next thing the kid knows, is Warren has bandaged his injuries. Warren tells him he never harms kills, but he is a killer so be careful. He tells the boys not to tell the cops, but it's ok to tell his friends.
He has a sudden flashback to be injected with a serum.
He jumps in the truck and worries about his future.
In Atlanta, a couple returns home to find kids have smashed their pumpkins. As they open the door to their home, they find a man tied up with a satanic symbol etched in blood on his chest and goat antlers attached to his head.
