A Psi-emitter, or Psychic Emitter, is a technological device which exerts influence on a part of the EM spectrum which interfers with the functioning of the nervous system. Psi-emitters are used as non-lethal and crowd dispersal weapon systems, but lend themselves to far more sinister applications.
