The Dwarven woman was a dwarf living in West Keldagrim. While shopping, a thief stole her bearskin coat. She proceeded to go report the crime to Commander Veldaban, only to find the thief already there. The commander returned the coat, explaining that Hilda had been handing it in as a lost item, but the woman continued to insist that it had been stolen, describing Hilda as somebody from the East. When Commander Veldaban refused to arrest Hilda, she reported him to Supreme Commander Bisi, who chewed Veldaban out for daring to help a dwarf from East Keldagrim. She appeared only in the lore story The Coat Thief.
