The girls try to impress him by showing him around the hotel, and that is when everything starts to go wrong. The first thing Dinky does is bulldoze him through the front door straight out the back into the trashcans in the alley. Next, he pushes him into the elevator and sends it crashing to the basement. There Dinky brings part of a wall down on top of him. The final act of disaster comes when Sandy accidentally locks him in a supply closet. When Dinky tugs on the door to open it, Mr. Asterbrook flies down the stairs and out the front door. The girls know that he will never buy the hotel now. As soon as Dinky follows Mr. Asterbrook, Mr. Fizzle walks in the door with a man who says he is Mr. Asterbrook. Mr. Fizzle quickly has him sign the sale contract before he can change his mind about buying the hotel. When Dinky runs in, he rips it up anyway and walks out, then the other man walks back in. He explains that he is the famous architect Lloyd Frank Wrong and he wants to buy the hotel. He explains that it was his first building and it is a good example of his work.
