Fawful powered Midbus up, and he became Blizzard Midbus. Then, he has ice powers that are a parallel to Bowser's fire powers. He has the highest HP of any boss in the game.

Snawfuls restore 30 HP to Blizzard Midbus and can be attacked by Bowser and Mario and Luigi. each Snawful killed By Mario and Luigi fills up a meter. If the meter reaches (at least) five Snawfuls total, Bowser will spit out a cloud of snow that turns into ice and plug Blizard Midbus' crown, preventing him from spawning more Snawfuls. Snawfuls killed by Bowser won't fill up the meter. Another one of his attacks requires him to step off the battle field, and grab this giant snowball that has a Bob-omb in it. Bowser has to punch the Bob-omb to counter-attack this. But after about 1/3 or 1/2 of HP has been lost, Blizzard Midbus will hide the Bob-omb. So the player has to memorize where the Bob-omb is. After his defeat, Blizzard Midbus will turn into a block of ice.
