It appears as track thirteen on the film's soundtrack, at 4:12 in length. The track starts out in a minor key which rises as a dramatic chord (00:15). Woodwinds are heard in the background as a mournful melody begins (00:27), undercut with percussion beats. The music rises triumphantly with a variation of the main swashbuckling theme (01:50). It quietens into a tender rendition of the love theme (02:09), then segues into the cursed crew's theme (03:08) which increases in intensity until a dramatic climax (04:08). It trails off into a segue into "One Last Shot".
