Small wharfs and boat builders might be somewhat familiar with the name- Siltwaters have been watermen for generations. Jaltham has an adventure-seeking streak, that had led him to choose to crew on some of the riskier salvage and trade boats on the waters - He would be lost to a salvage attempt at the Jagged Run, and would be later found on the shores of the Market District sick with pneumonia. It would take him more than a year to recover. Jaltham is now in the service to he Duke Orell Mikin, Imperial Trade Minister. Sergeant within the Mikin Ducal Guard, Jaltham Siltwater is steward of the waters that surround Light's Crossing, and the shoreline that leads to it. With extension, that includes the bridge and Riverview Keep, as well as regular patrols of the area between Hawk's Aerie and the Market District. Jaltham Siltwater is also the caretaker of a small fish-shop on the shores outside of the Lightholder Crossing. In its off hours, it serves as barrack for the watermen that serve under Jaltham's guideance.
