  • Hanging Garden is an American thrash metal/speed metal band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2008. Founded by vocalist Pro and guitar player Michael Young, following Pro's departure from Zap, metal band from the early 2005. The band has since released one studio album, two EPs, 3 singles and one music video. Hanging Garden rose to fame in the early 2008, but experienced numerous line-up changes, though all former members are back. They, along with their new lead/rhythm guitarist 'Ace', are currently working on their 2nd studio album which is scheduled for release in August 2009.They are known for a distinctive guitar style, often involving trade off guitar solos. Pro is also known for his vocal style, as well as his recurring lyrical themes, often involving death, war, hell and personal relationships.
