While the planet itself wasn't destroyed (like the inner four worlds), the orbital Haven Facility was knocked offline and stellar debris settled into orbit, blocking supply ships from transferring their cargo. Fortunately, Soams received aid from the Galaxy-class USS Dauntless, which cleared the debris out of orbit. Immediately afterward, however, Soams learned that more debris was incoming on a collision course with their planet. He contacted the Dauntless, which was able to destroy the debris before it hit the planet. Soams then gratefully accepted supplies and relief teams from the Dauntless.
